Bought tickets online prior to 11:00 Sunday showtime. Went to see The Little Things with Denzel Washington, only 8 people at this showing. Jan. 30, 2021. First things first. Wanted the Souvenir bucket of popcorn and cup , cashier states we aren't doing that since the pandemic? Okay, March 2020 and it's now Jan. 2021 and you Still have it on your big up top menu board and menu board directly facing out at customers at the cash register? Bad experience at ShowBiz on Northpark I took my granddaughter to see Little Women and the new theater seating is nice but half way into the show the DVD or whatever digital media they use to project started to act up, It was sticking and skipping just like a scratched DVD does at home. I got up to use the restroom and told the attendant who got a manager. She said it was a problem on the previous showing and I am thinking "why did you just show it again if it was a problem" I went back in but it only got worse and finall... read more

Nope they missed it, compared to other locations. We were in theater 10. The seats were absolutely horrible as far as comfort. The kids behind us apparently thought they were at the playground and they never did shut up. I was there with my 2 young daughters who knew how to behave. So yes I do love kids but like the ones that behave more. The lady with the crying baby I guess didn't care. Watching Captain Marvel in SDX was great until 20 minutes prior to the ending the sound cuts out and no voices from the movie can be heard. Don't ruin your movie watching experience here. Go to Deerbrook or Valley Ranch instead. Last experience here the fire alarm went off and I waited 30 minutes for the fire department to close the place down due to a gas leak. I'm so tired of wasting time here.

This review is for the website so I hated to put one star when the theater is good. The new website is not user friendly. Terrible. Maybe it's just me but the other one was easier to maneuver.

Drove further than where we usually go because they have cocktails. Had no bartender after waiting in line to find out they couldn't make on the rocks margaritas because no mix. Frozen margarita machine making pure liquid margaritas. Totally not prepared. Don't blame the kids serving. Asked for Mgr couldn't get one . No where in sight. All bad mgmt. Mgr should be fired . Eventually bad service will catch up. Please fire Mgr supposedly on duty the night of 04/02/2017
I generally love showbiz movie theaters. This marks my first bad experience with their services. My issue is that they charge for a cup of tap water. So it starts as I go up to the counter and get a large pop corn. The guy asks if I would like a drink with that. I replied yes I would like just a cup of water. He says would you like a fountain drink cause I have to charge you. I was like is it cause of the cup?, because I have my souvenir cup in my car. Can you just fill that up with water. I hate the advance purchase seating! It's impossible to get a group to sit together now and everyone pay for their own ticket! Twice now we have gone to show and seats are sold out but theatres are empty because no one has to be there early to get seats. We are going to have to start going to a different theatre! Arghhhh
Showbiz is great as long as your seeing the SDX. They started out strong when they opened but obvious volume & lighting concerns leave me watching movies at AMC in a the mall. I saw The Revenant in one of the normal screens. The stair lighting was very bright and made it difficult watching the darker colored scenes. The lights on the sides of the aisles are also really bright and make it hard to watch the pre show. They leave the lights on during the preview. The other problem is the sound.
