Frozen hamburger patty in Gulfport-not the smashburger as led to believe. Dried out. French fries were frozen-not hand cut as you state. Frozen Popcorn shrimp in poorboy, not hand breaded. When we questioned waitress on frozen patty she responded with a flippant "do you want the manager?". Terrible food and service. Waste of money. Do not recommend.
We have almost always eaten at the 9mile location for the last 5 years but 2 of the last 3 times we have eaten there (within 5 weeks) the shrimp were cooked terrible. I just got home and decided to give them a poor review as both times, the shrimp were over either over cooked or freezer burnt. When I leave 3/4 of the shrimp on my plate it's poor rating time. I will try the Davis location as I have eaten there with good results.
I'm not mad but I won't be back that is terrible service no one even acknowledged me when I walked into the restaurant and I sit down at the bar to have Oysters no one never said we'll be right with you nobody waved nothing waited waited waited waited waited 20 minutes at least got up and left I won't be back
