Lived in Baldwin County my entire life. Ordered a shrimp po boy dinner tonight for take out at the gulf shores location. Get home to discover soggy fries and old brown lettuce on the sandwich. Very dissatisfied. Threw it in the trash because it looked like garbage. $28 for garbage po boy, grits and 2 drinks.

The Orange Beach location was pretty dirty and run down on the inside. Waitress was nice; but seemed really nervous, so a little backward.

If you are looking for "Real and Fresh" Seafood, steer clear of the Shrimp Basket. The menu says they serve flounder, catfish and whitefish. The whitefish is Swai, imported. The waitress said all their food is frozen and shipped to them. I ordered catfish, and others in my party ordered flounder and shrimp. OMG. the fish was mushy! I mean, slurpy mushy. 11.5.21 Do not get raw oysters 🦪. My husband got food poisoning he’s been sick for three days I had to take him to urgent care and he got a shot and put on anabiotic’s. As he was eating the oysters he was telling me they smelled fishy and dome were not cleaned and I had fried oysters and some of them even tasted dirty but I did not get sick.

We were excited to eat here, but once we were seated, no one came to our table for 20 mins. We got up and left since we didn’t even get asked for drinks. Very dissatisfied. I understand covid does not help the wait staff but there were plenty of waiters at the time we went today. They even cleared out 5-6 tables when we sat down. Multiple people clearing the tables next to us. Not one of them stopped. A table came after us and got drinks right away. It wasn’t busy at 1:00 PM.

Food was cold and nasty over 45 minutes to get our food and there was only 2 other people in there at that time. It was 11:20am. Waitress was nice but not very good. I had heard such good things about this place. But will not be saying good things about it

We went while on vacation. It was all you can eat popcorn shrimp. When we got our food it was cold. The fries were cold and shrimp was room temp. The waitress came by and asked if we wanted more shrimp we said yes. It took 20 plus minutes to get. My daughter and friend ordered NEW POTATOES, they were just huge potatoes boiled with no flavor. Will not be back...
