would love to add pictures of the ICE COLD SHRIMP PO BOYS with the NASTY WILTED LETTUCE. Will do so on GOOGLE. I ordered online for pick-up at 6:45 p.m. 2-24. called the rescue at 6:09 and changed to 7 pm. got there at 7:05, and still had to wait 20 minutes for 2 inedible, ice cold meals. never again!!
The most disappointing fish tacos on the beach. The tacos had little pieces of fish and a couple small chunks of mango that was supposed to be mango salsa.
When you order a combo for $17.95 you would think it would have more than 4 rolls of fish. Yes rolls. 1 corn nugget. Two small hush puppies and 6 small shrimp. The coleslaw was awful. Totally no taste. The only good thing was the cheese grits and the craft beer. Shrimp was over cooked. Great service. But terrible food.
Waited 45 mins to get any service and nobody would ask us if we need drinks or food. We sit there for ever and ended up leaving! They weren’t packed at all! Like it was us and another group there and I swear 15-20 employees walked past us
Terrible customer service. Empty tables, but would not seat us. Employees standing around laughing and talking, not working. Why take call in orders when you can’t take care of customers in the restaurant? Don’t waste your time!
we waited over 30 minutes to even order. the store was NOT busy only one other table there. my son's drink was taken and poured out when he was not finished. our food was horrible! we will not ever go back to any Shrimp Basket. Do not waste your time or money!!!
Recommendedwe order food and drinks at the same time last night and after 40 minutes we got no food and waitress never came back to table. Even when I was leaving, the head man in charge did not acknowledge me when he was told we never got food. I was so upset.
$62 for 3 cheeseburgers, 2 onion rings and 1 fry was pretty rediculous, definitely not worth that much, averaged out $30 for a cheeseburger and onion rings
Wanted to give a shout out to Shrimp Basket and their Pensacola beach location. My mom got this special cup made for Adrian. Well when we got back from vacation, we realized we hadn’t seen it when unpacking. We knew it wasn’t left in the rental house because we always check it over before checking out.
