Everything about living... (Verified Renter) Everything about living in this community has been excellent. There only difficulty has been with valet trash not being picked up from Friday to Sunday.
Very hard to... (Verified Renter) Very hard to find parking - we were promised a parking spot, but the lot always fills up prior to 10 PM so I have to end up parking on the street or far away Maintenance issues - we've had an issue with a washer that took over a month to fix, and had to pay for an external laundry service (with no response from the leasing office telling us if they had even received our maintenance request)

I loved living... (Verified Renter) I loved living at Silos, but I could not give that much money for just an apartment. I understand that I am paying for the value of the apartment, but I think prices should be comparable to other apartments in the area.

The rent priced... (Verified Renter) The rent priced jumped up dramically, but gave new tentants better deals at time rather then keeping tenants that have been there three years and pay on time and didnt complain. There should be value for tenants that already exist.
I decided on... (Verified Renter) I decided on an apartment closer to the city and my work, however, Silos was beautiful!
