There was and... (Verified Renter) There was and still is a strong smell in my apartment which makes the stay nit so pleasant. Also, the walls are so thin that you can hear everything from surrounding neighbors. The elevator smells like dog shelter.
We need more... (Verified Renter) We need more trees on the parking lot for shade and birds. In the summer our cars getting very hot and also it is very hot for dogs to walk under open sun. There several trees had died but never got replaced.

Overall, we enjoyed... (Verified Renter) Overall, we enjoyed living at Silos and the office staff were great, they held really great social events, and kept excellent care of the units and grounds. One issue that left a sour taste in my mouth - when we moved out, about 1-2 weeks later, I received an e-mail demonstrating stains on our carpet, presumably from our dog. The Parking was... (Verified Renter) The Parking was a big problem. I sometimes had to park in overflow and there was no chance my friends were able to get a spot anywhere near my apt. it was very frustrating. The generalized parking tags were easy to get so people were parking in the resident spots when they were really guests. but since they had a tag they didn't get towed.
As stated previously,... (Verified Renter) As stated previously, parking for building two is very frustrating and no area for kids to burn off energy during off pool season.
