There were some... (Verified Renter) There were some things that were miscommunicated to me up front, like the application fee, I was told was waived even though I explained this would be a corporate rental, but then told later that for corporate rentals, it couldn't be waived. And the 1 month free, it wasn't until after they told me that they would honor that, that I was told it would have to be for a 13 month lease. Also, I wasn't told up front that we would need to have renters insurance on the unit...I found this out aft... read more

The location to... (Verified Renter) The location to food and breweries is excellent. It is about a 5 minute walk to the New Bern light rail station. Parking is not a problem in our opinion. Lastly, the residents are all very friendly.
I literally have... (Verified Renter) I literally have zero complaints about this place. The staff is respectful, they respond and fix maintenance issues immediately. Not to mention it's clean and they keep it that way.
It's very rare... (Verified Renter) It's very rare to have anything go wrong and when it does, maintenance is there within 24 hours to fix it.
It has a... (Verified Renter) It has a great variety and large amount of amenities (really liked all dog amenities and several smaller common rooms - most complexes have just one big one). The location is great off the light rail and the leasing team is awesome.
