We did love... (Verified Renter) We did love our unit but over the 2.5 years we lived here, it felt like the community took a few steps back. Events lost their luster, certain events were timed that made it nearly impossible to get to working a normal schedule and it felt that rent went up and less money was spent on the items that had us happy at Silo's at the beginning
I love living... (Verified Renter) I love living at the Silos. I feel rent is a little high especially with all of the new apartments popping up that are the same price brand new
I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend silos but only if you?re not planning to purchase a home. The office staff was so friendly and tried so hard to make it affordable for us to stay until our delayed home was complete but unfortunately there?s not much they could do about the cost. It was 1000 dollars more a month to stay then when we first moved in there. Insane!

This apartment complex... (Verified Renter) This apartment complex was the most positive living experience I?ve ever had! Service requests were taken care of so quickly and everyone was so kind and helpful!
I have lived... (Verified Renter) I have lived at Silos for multiple years and overall enjoyed the experience. On a day to day basis (i.e. paying rent and picking up packages) the office staff is friendly and helpful, however, any time I have had an issue with the apartment (I.e car getting towed from the lot, water bill being more expensive than usual, car break ins),I do not feel that the office has cared for my needs as a resident or made me feel comfortable, which makes me much less likely to recommend the complex.
I find that... (Verified Renter) I find that the quality of the complex and attention to residents has decreased in the year and a half I've been living there while my rent prices have significantly climbed. Between parking issues, amenities being shorted or canceled (unless you have a dog and are home at 5PM during the week) and other concerns, the value of Silos community has decreased
Would - new,... (Verified Renter) Would - new, available space to rent, location, customer service, options of monthly lease Would not - ideally want to buy a house, however our quick move is making that difficult
