Living in the Skyhouse is a pleasure for me. My interactions with Rob have been exceptional; he is consistently prompt, polite, and well-informed whenever I require assistance. He stays in constant communication and updates me regularly during the lease signing process. I greatly appreciate his communication skills and professionalism which enhance my experience at Skyhouse. I am grateful to Rob for providing me with an exceptional living experience.

I absolutely loved this place when I lived there a couple years ago and I recently had to talk to the concierge Chance because I thought something accidentally got mailed there. Chance is still the same ol' great guy he was when I was there and David is still there too, who was another sweet and hard working concierge. I've lived in many apartments in my life and Skyhouse has one of the best team of staff members I've ever seen. From sales, to concierge, to maintenance and cleaning, every single person here cares about the building, it's tenants and seems to love what they do. The renting and renewal process was transparent and a breeze, they fix anything and everything I put in within 48 hours, and they're always giving us goodies or hosting a great rooftop market event to bring the tenants together. My favorite apartment complex I've lived. Concierge team is so friendly and helpful. The amenities are new and beautiful. Living above Royal Blue Grocery is such a great bonus. I'm in a 3 bedroom and the storage space is limited as well as only 2 balconies for 3 people which is odd. I also wish there was a half bath for guests, but for the price we got it was all worth it.

Awesome location, building, and staff. I just moved out, and it was sad to leave! I actually made friends through this building. I would have stayed if I weren't moving to a different city!

Soooo I don't live here, but I stopped by when I was looking for my next apartment. Christopher and the rest of the team I met were so kind! I brought my dog with me and everyone loved her. They even sent us home with a new SkyHouse branded leash! The amenities here are beautiful and the location was awesome. The apartments I looked at were clean, and Christopher was nice enough to show me multiple units. I loved living in the 3-bedroom with two roommates. Very affordable for downtown living. There is never shade on the pool which is great! Very walkable to all the food, fun, and bars downtown. Parking is a small nuisance not being attached to the building. Elevators take a while to go up and down. Great community feel. Highly recomended for young professionals.

Hands down the best rental I've lived at period. The location is prime, walking distance to bars on Rainey, Via 313 (best pizza in Austin), convenience store (Royal Blue Grocery) on the first level of the building, and across the street from the Lady Bird Lake trail. The building and units are high quality, well built, with some of the best floor plans I've seen from apartments and condos. Minimal sound from neighbours and breathtaking floor to ceiling windows.
