I love Skyhouse.... (Verified Renter) I love Skyhouse. The staff and residents are so friendly, it feels like home, and Rainey Street is so homey yet feels important. I feel part of the community here. I'm SEEN. People walk by me and make eye contact, address my person. Plus, there's 80s music. Like, come on.
The staff is... (Verified Renter) The staff is great here and I'm a fan of the building!
For someone moving... (Verified Renter) For someone moving to the city I would recommend but for someone looking for a better quality of life I would not recommend

This place is... (Verified Renter) This place is great. I hope a bunch of my friends move in here after their leases end.
For now, its... (Verified Renter) For now, its a great value for the location, ammenities, and floor plans.
Excellent staff (in... (Verified Renter) Excellent staff (in all areas - from maintenance to management), great opportunities to make real friendships with others, a community feeling, beautiful shared amenities (pool, common room, sky deck, gym).
I feel like... (Verified Renter) I feel like the apartment goes above and beyond for its residents. The only complaint I hear is the elevators. However, if the biggest complaint is simply waiting for an elevator - to me that is the definition of a first world problem.
The price is... (Verified Renter) The price is pretty good if you like the amenities, but the guest parking situation, while fine for downtown is still pretty rough.
