Rainey Street is... (Verified Renter) Rainey Street is obnoxious. The Skyhouse Apartments were lovely for the most part.
The only real... (Verified Renter) The only real downside to the building that I would mention to someone considering living at Skyhouse is the guest parking situation and the slow elevators. That said, I have already recommended Skyhouse to a number of my friends, as all the pros certainly outweigh the few cons.
