Overall it was a great experience - especially for a 1st time homebuyer like us.
It was a smooth process, and I was very content with how my home turned out and everyone that I worked with.
Base price and upgrades joke. should be more like other builders and standard things like garage door opener included. Just include it in higher price.

Since signing a contract with Smith Douglas last August, I have been absolutely delighted with the professionalism, workmanship, and caliber of this builder’s team.
