I live in one of the Bartow County communities, and I can't speak highly enough about Smith Douglas. This was our first home, and like any new homeowner, we had a ton of questions. The builder and the Production/Warranty Coordinator were there to answer any question that we had, day or night. Our building went smoothly, the walk through was thorough with very few corrections needed, and closing was a breeze. The amount of options for customization of the home were amazing at a very affordable price. Eric and Victoria, along the sales staff, were so helpful and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new home! I would highly recommend Smith Douglas to everyone.

We love our Smith Douglas home! Right from the day we saw a model at another subdivision and decided to build our own with the lovely choices SDC offered till today having lived in the our HOME for the last two years, our love for our home has grown stronger. A large part of it goes to SDC's amazing team who made sure that everything was perfect for our first home. It started with Leon showing us a beautiful model home in another subdivision, Stephanie writing up the best co... See More ntracts for us and working with our timelines, followed by the quality home supervised and built by Steve and closed by the attorney suggested by SDC. Everything was a smooth sailing process!! We barely had a couple items for our 11 month anniversary to fix and that is testimony of the principles of SDC- Quality, Integrity and Value! We are extremely happy with our SDC home. In the future if we were to ever move into a new home we are sure its going to be anothe SDC home!!

Brenda Noll was THE BEST at Cassville Commons in Cartersville. My husband and I purchased our first home in October 2015 and she was so helpful. She answered all 900 questions we had for her and I could not be happier about the community we're in.

We just bought our home in the Waters Edge community. While there were a few hiccups we were very happy with their services and communication levels. We only moved in a few days ago and I am sure things are bound to happen but we really enjoyed our process with them.

We have been working with Joe Hawkins from the Water's Edge Subdivision in Woodstock since the Summer of 2015, we have recently moved into our home and are extremely happy with the results. As always, nothing is perfect, but I am satisfied with the ownership taken by Joe and his team. His honesty, customer service, an genuine concern for our Family's well being is priceless.
