Private comment on #1: Smith Douglas Homes are great. The salespeople were amazing. Connie helped me out completely. In the process of the walkthrough and from 8/31 to 9/8, the construction manager could have done more. There were issues that have not been fixed. There are problems with the refrigerator. There are issues after the walkthrough that have not been addressed. I am in the building business. In the past, when I bought a home, it was immaculate all the way through.
