Good house quality, and value.
I felt the service was good. I had an experience with the builder because I moved into an area that was quite a bit away from the city of Atlanta. I was initially told I would be able to have my refrigerator delivered to me. Then I was told it was too far. So I ended up having to have it delivered here. As a very nice gesture, the builder was here and helped get my refrigerator put into my home. I thought he went above and beyond anything he had to do. His first name was Jason. I had friends that had built new homes before and had run into problems along the way, so I kept waiting for a problem to pop up at some point in the process. But it was insanely easy to work with Smith Douglas, I was very happy and absolutely love my home.
Very professional and cooperative in our process to secure our home.

I am extremely happy with the experience and service I received from Smith Douglas Homes.. My son and I had a long driving travel from California to Tennessee, and when we arrived at the home late in the evening, everything was perfect. The few things that needed attention got properly repaired by very competent people.
Natalia was fantastic to work with and made the whole process effortless. We liked the layout of the home, and the choice of colors and textures. The home was beautifully designed and crafted with care.
