Overall, I was impressed with the build quality of the house and the whole process from Smith Douglas Homes - Raleigh. The only reason I took a star off of my rating was because there are some issues with the house, like the drywall. There are spots in the drywall where it looks like it wasn't done correctly with the seams on the panels being raised, which you can see with the light and at certain angles. I was for the most part pleased with my experience. Highlights were the price and space for the money, responsiveness of personnel and willingness to resolve problems as they arose. I was also pleased with the landscaping service. Critiques are that I have not had internet for over four months after closing and that a wall was out of alignment with a concrete slab.
