I think everything was done very smoothly and on time. The communication was perfect, and I didn't have to worry about follow-ups. The whole time, they were on top of everything and made everything very easy.
Everyone from the sales office to our final walk through were friendly, helpful, informative, and responsive to all of our needs and requests.

We were well informed about the process and Smith Douglas was accommodating to our schedule for pre-drywall inspection and walk through. All minor findings from home inspection were appropriately addressed.
The quality of the builders is not what you expect. You have to make sure you inspect everything before your final inspection.
This was my first time building and buying a home. I'm someone who asks a lot of questions and likes organized details. Smith Douglas provided everything to me in a timely manner and was always willing to go the extra step to make sure I felt comfortable with the process. The price point met my budget, the staff were friendly and the timeframe worked for my timeline. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to build.

It's three stars because if you are not careful, a lot of things are overlooked. I feel like they tell you things to make the sale, but when you're under the contract, you're pretty much screwed.
