Yes very good quality of homes
Everyone from the selling agent to the chief builder was greatly helpful in the process of choosing, customizing, and moving into our new home. The home buying process can be a very stressful task, but they made it go smoothly and worry-free. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am thankful for their work.
For the price point (in this day and age), I would recommend to my friends. And (as of now) I feel like the construction of the home is good and the look of the community is very nice.

Great experience from beginning to end. We had concerns with the quality of the house given how quickly the houses are built, however, the quality exceeded our expectations.
In a nut shell, the internet will scare you and give you nightmares about buying a new home. Not with SDH! I can't be certain that everyone will have the same experience but I would definitely recommend anyone to look into SDH. The homes are built well. Everyone has been great to work with, including the partnered financial institutions.
Victoria, the salesperson, and Jim, the builder, are both awesome.
