SML movers were not efficient and caused our TV to be damaged The 2 young men sent to us by SML were very nice and respectful but they were very efficient and it cost us more money. They refused to use the ramp available to them and instead carried one or two boxes at a time up and down steep steps. This caused the moving time to be extended for which we were charged an additional amount. Would use San Antonio crew again. Would never use Houston again San Antonio crew was awesome! Carefully, friendly, hard working . Houston side not happy at all. Called 5 minutes before they were supposed to show saying that they weren’t going to be there for at least 5 or 6 hours. Totally unacceptable. Had to get another moving company to come.
Excellent overall. One complaint asked them to put some simple shelves together, they had over an hour left of the two hours that I booked. They said they couldn’t because it was new and in the box. If I had known that, would have taken it out of the box and they claim they would have done it. I paid for 2 hours of work and they were gone in under an hour.

Good experience. Efficient and timely.
Great Assistance with a move. Movers showed up on time, everything was confirmed and reconfirmed prior to their arrival. Movers were professional, personable, and friendly. Quickly emptied the moving truck into the garage, then brought everything upstairs. They were very considerate with asking where everything went and even rearranged the living room after everything was in to make better use of the space. I’d certainly use this service again.
