My nurse, Keontay was a sheer pleasure. Her positive attitude, patience, and professionalism were appreciated. She answered all questions with knowledge and empathy and made me feel like family. Keontay was able to make me feel relaxed and comfortable about my upcoming procedure.

The staff was remarkable! From my pre-op nurse Keontay to the 2 nurses Michelle and Julia who cared for me during and after the procedure. Dr. Mallelieu had a excellent bedside manner and made me feel comfortable the entire time.

This is my third trip to Sono Bello Baltimore after the initial evaluation, and the procedure. Once again I have been treated extremely well. The staff at the front desk greeted me warmly, welcomed me back and got me checked in. I had the best appointment today with my nurse Kaila and the doctor for my 6 month check up. Kaila was very attentive to my questions and areas of concerns. I'll wait a few more months and may do a revision. Kaila explained the Venus treatment as part of that process. She Made me feel heard and not dismissed. As did the doctor. Kaila was very positive and upbeat. And pretty too! She's definately an asset to Sono Bello.
