Very informative, taking time to answer questions. I was a little anxious and Katie was very caring and comforting. Never felt rushed! Dr O also made me feel relaxed, explaining procedure and very reassuring.

Katie from Hanover SB was wonderful and very informative during my 4 wk post op visit. She listened to my concerns and immediately address what she could and provided solutions for next steps. I wish I could request Katie for all my post op visits! Se is truly an asset to the team.
