Customer Service, polite and accommodating
Fantastic customer care! The practice manager, head clinician, and my surgeon have all checked in on my progress post-op. I had some concerns about how I was healing and they were exceptionally attentive in response. They knowledgeably addressed my concerns and gave me the confidence I needed as I continue the healing process. 10/10

I absolutely love my results! Dr. Epps did a fantastic job. I still have a lot of healing ahead of me, but I can already see such a big improvement, and it gets better every day. I was terrified before the procedure—especially knowing I’d be awake—but Dr. Epps put me at ease and took excellent care of me.
