As usual, I had a great experience at my appointment today. Ms. Tazha was very professional, polite, and very helpful in assisting me. She made sure that I was very comfortable, and that I had the best experience with the balancer. I couldn’t have asked for better service(even if I was doing it myself)!! Thanks again for everything
I had a great experience that began with the receptionist Gabrielle, she was kind and extremely helpful she found 3 solutions with positive outcomes. Between me getting stuck in traffic trying to explain, the phone ringing back to back, other clients attempting to get noticed as they came behind me and the repair man patiently waiting his turn Gabrielle handled each professionally making everyone feel recognized and valued. Thanks Gabrielle for a great experience today.
Gabrielle the customer service representative was very nice and attentive. She gave me a good suggestion on my Venus treatment and made the appointments to fit my schedule.

My experience was great my nurse was nice and professional in keeping me calm. It looks like my surgery went well and l hope will receive my results. My Dr. Hwang was great and if l ever need anything done again l would prefer him. He and the nurse are very nice people Thanks, Karen
Ariel was extremely informative, kind, and warm. She shared parts of her own personal journey, which made me feel comfortable and showed how genuine she is about this process. I never felt like she was trying to upsell me. She was very authentic, truly listened to my needs, and made the entire experience feel supportive and honest
