Great Megan my nurse today was amazing.she gave me a lot of advice and she said the I will feeling better soon.
There was a 45 min to 1 hour delay upon arrival. However, the staff was communicative, greeted me, apologized and the forms I had to complete kept me busy. The only thing I would have appreciated is if they called patients to stagger for the delay. When I got called to see my consultant, Yaneek, I was very happy with her professionalism, thoroughness, not feeling pushy, and personalizing the experience for me.
