Today's experience was wonderful. Kaila was so kind, knowledgeable, patient and made my overall experience wonderful and great. I appreciate her so much in the service that she provided. She answered all of my questions and make sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. Whatever she is being paid double it because she deserves it!!

There was a 45 min to 1 hour delay upon arrival. However, the staff was communicative, greeted me, apologized and the forms I had to complete kept me busy. The only thing I would have appreciated is if they called patients to stagger for the delay. When I got called to see my consultant, Yaneek, I was very happy with her professionalism, thoroughness, not feeling pushy, and personalizing the experience for me.
