Parnia, Kim, Lori, Jill, Denise and Dr. Laun are the best!!
After losing sixty ponds at age 63, I had lots of saggy skin. I had a tummy tuck at a different local clinic, but hated the whole experience! I decided to try Sono Bella after deciding to get skin removed from my upper arms. What a happy difference! The staff was wonderful! Kim at the front desk became my friend and cheerleader! The Boise team is incredible - professional, caring, and very high caliber. They’ve informed me the entire way, answered questions and generally been available and supportive. My experience with Sono Bello and Dr. Laun has been a 10 out of 10 from start to finish. Dr. Laun and his staff are absolutely amazing. Kim at the front desk is so welcoming, inviting, and complimentary. Very friendly and cheerful staff. A scheduling mistake was made regarding a couple appointments but the staff was apologetic and worked to accommodate by crediting me extra Balancer sessions.
