Absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend Dr. Laun and the entire staff at Sono Bello in Meridian. I was a ball of nerves walking in to the office, but the moment I walked in Kim and Parnia were at the front desk all smiles. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable. After my consultation with Lori, I felt confident in my decision and that I was making the right choice to see Dr. Laun and staff. I have had the best experience! The staff at the front desk are so kind and caring. Lori did a great job with my questions at my consultation and explained everything so clearly. My nurse Nichelle is THE BEST! She took such great care of me and has a heart that is so kind. I’ve gotten great results and Dr. Laun is responsible for that. Lori and staff was amazing. Lori spoke to me like I meant something and that this can be done. She explained they have financial help as well and thats amazing and she also explained everything for the after procedure as well I honestly hope I get qualified for this and to take the next steps!!!!
