Christy, the Venus tech, did an amazing job! She went over & above to give me info no one had told me about my surgery & ways to help get better results. She is an asset to the Sonobello team.

Overall I have had a good experience. It was rocky for a moment there but Christy Westbrook my Venus technician saved me from losing my mind and patience. She cares about her patients and I no longer felt like I was just a number.

My experience so far has been great. Mellissa up front is so nice and professional. I worked with Lori and she was wonderful, made me so comfortable about what I want to do. I am really excited about it all. They really treat you like family.

Getting a procedure like this done is always a little scary but the team at Sono Bello Boise really helped every step of the way and made me as comfortable as possible. There was obvious discomfort and pain from the procedure itself that just has to be accepted, but I've been very happy with how everyone at my location has treated me!

I love the entire staff at Sonobello, I have worked with them a few times and have always had top notch care! Dr. Laun is amazing and very detail oriented. He has a wonderful beside manner as well. Nurse Nichelle has answered my pre and post op questions quickly and is so, so kind. I love Melissa, she has taken so much time to talk to me throughout the past year. Jill was my nurse during the procedure and she was so caring and put me at ease. Everyone is here is so easy to work with and has great communication!
