Very friendly and cheerful staff. A scheduling mistake was made regarding a couple appointments but the staff was apologetic and worked to accommodate by crediting me extra Balancer sessions.

Absolutely wonderful! I would highly recommend Dr. Laun and the entire staff at Sono Bello in Meridian. I was a ball of nerves walking in to the office, but the moment I walked in Kim and Parnia were at the front desk all smiles. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable. After my consultation with Lori, I felt confident in my decision and that I was making the right choice to see Dr. Laun and staff.
