Boise office is exceptional! Everyone I have been in contact with over the 1 1/2 years, has been professional, friendly, compassionate, and always answered my many, many questions. My two favorite folks are Melissa (Front Desk), who is always warm, welcoming, and helpful. The other, Dr Laun, who is not only a gifted and amazing Surgeon, but an equally great person! These two individuals made for the perfect, complete experience!

Nothing but a positive environment, the energy was so encouraging and welcoming. The moment I walked through the door I felt like I was important and attention was directed to me. Front desk all the way to the nurses. Dr Laun put all his focus on me and explained every detail with a personal touch. Christie is wonderful she was very knowledgeable in letting me know what was gonna be happening , how the machine works she is super sweet, gave me extra information on what else I can be doing at home to help make my skin look great, can’t wait till my next appointment

Overall I have had a good experience. It was rocky for a moment there but Christy Westbrook my Venus technician saved me from losing my mind and patience. She cares about her patients and I no longer felt like I was just a number.

My experience so far has been great. Mellissa up front is so nice and professional. I worked with Lori and she was wonderful, made me so comfortable about what I want to do. I am really excited about it all. They really treat you like family.

Getting a procedure like this done is always a little scary but the team at Sono Bello Boise really helped every step of the way and made me as comfortable as possible. There was obvious discomfort and pain from the procedure itself that just has to be accepted, but I've been very happy with how everyone at my location has treated me!
