The day of my Dr Meet and Greet/Pre-op meeting went great! We met with Dr Laun who went over the areas to be worked on as well as risks, etc. My husband and I are completely confident with Dr Laun so we scheduled a date for the procedures. Scheduling at the front desk went well too. The women handling the scheduling and handling the financial aspects were awesome!
