What an incredible experience… From my initial consultation with Michelle, through to the extra TLC from Melissa at the front desk, I cannot sing the praises of Sono Bello Boise with more gusto and gratitude. I had a wonderful experience at Sonobello. The Aesthetic Tech, Ms. Westbrook was so courteous and respectful. She was very knowledgeable about the services that I was receiving and explained the process thoroughly. She really made me feel comfortable.
I was very upset with my initial visit. I waited 45 minutes and had to reschedule. Second visit was a game changer. Already as hesitant as I was. Mary was knowledgeable and kind, answered all my questions and was honest, funny and empathetic. Being as upset as I was...she makes the difference in her customer service wether I drop 15k with Sono Bello or go elsewhere.
