EVERYONE was beyond kind and professional. A well oiled machine with a personal touch. Every detail was described. There were lots of opportunities to ask questions. I will have a procedure soon and will be happy to share my evaluation of that as well.

I’m very pleased when I have Paula checking up on me as she found out some things I was not told after my surgery that I should have been told regarding my in home care. I am very upset about what I was not advised about what I should have been doing to take care of myself at home regarding my drain tubes. I was not advised well and I suffered needlessly… Jennifer was my nurse when I had my surgery of the AbEx and I am not pleased. I just want to go on record of this problem so that other patients do not suffer needlessly
I had a wonderful experience at Sono Bello. Awesome staff, kind, friendly. So now I'm waiting to hear my name and it's my turn....excited I follow the nurse to the back to be prepped for my procedure. Doctor comes in marks the areas being treated. I would recommend Sono Bello.
Staff are very friendly and concerned.
When i walked in I was greated right away I told her I had a noon appt but was early she right away said my name told me to have a seat and that if i could be seen early they would let me know ,Then notice alot of people coming in for appt and the front desk ladies where really nice ,The back staff was really nice and explain everything i needed to know and was great at answering all my questions as well as the doctor ,overall i had a positive outcome of my visit.
From the office staff to the medical staff and doctor, I have had such a great experience. They really do care for your needs. I just had my procedure done and I can’t wait to see my results.

I had a procedure to remove excess skin after I lost weight. I had no idea what questions to ask, or really what I was getting into. The staff is fantastic and made me comfortable with questions, concerns and educated me on some expectations while healing which was quite helpful. I needed additional equipment, they were quick to respond. The Reception area staff are always pleasant and helpful, and patient with the number of scheduling changes I had.
