The staff are very friendly and want you to feel comfortable. They listen and give helpful support. Every time I've have a question, I can text on a thread dedicated to me. I have used it at least five times since my procedure, and every time I receive a friendly response and answers. One example - I had a prescription issue on a Sunday so I called and texted them. I received a callback within 90 minutes from the doctor and the patient care director. Their attention to me resolved situation in a relatively short time.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Mahsa! I spoke to her during my consultation and although I was nervous, she made it feel as though I was talking to someone I’d known for years. Not only was she able to get me financed for my procedure, she set me up with a date and time for my surgery THE SAME DAY! Thanks Mahsa, I can’t wait to see my new chest!

The folks at The San Ramon Office were very accommodating. All Staff were professional and timely. They answered all my questions and listened to all my concerns. Dr. Boedecker was particularly helpful. She explained the procedure in great detail and though I have not had my procedure yet I look forward to the day I do. Omg! I have head the best experience at Sono Bello in San Ramon. From Pilar assisting me with my appointments to having staff call me to prep for my appointment day- they are all great at what they do. Narvis assisted me in getting ready on the day of the procedure- she was so well informed and professional and comforting.
