I arived to their office greeted by a cheerfuf receptionist who sigined me in. nurse Ellen came and got me from the lobby on time and offered me some water she was very thoughtful told me to get undress put on panies, bra and gown so she can exam the stomach area and stiches to see how everything looked saided everything looked good and ask me if I had any questions very knowledgeable. The entire staff treats you as though they all work with you, the personal care and accommodation from each staff member, from pre-ops, post-ops, surgeries etc., pro balancer and venus, not to mention consult, receptionist and office manager, love everyoneā¤ļøĀ

I had an appointment for my 3 month follow up. Pilar greeted me by name, was friendly and efficient as always. She even booked my 6 month follow up while I was waiting to be called. Great service as always!Ā
