It was FREEZING COLD in the treatment room. The technician was over 15 minutes late for my apt. She didn't seem to give me as thorough a service as Stepanie did the week prior. For example, never once did the wand feel too hot to handle? Was l getting the full benefit of the treatment if the wand wasn't as hot as l could stand it? These treatments are EXPENSIVE, so it would be nice to feel l am getting the full benefit. The technician was friendly. The room's temperature was UNCOMFORTABLY cold.
EVERYONE was beyond kind and professional. A well oiled machine with a personal touch. Every detail was described. There were lots of opportunities to ask questions. I will have a procedure soon and will be happy to share my evaluation of that as well.

I’m very pleased when I have Paula checking up on me as she found out some things I was not told after my surgery that I should have been told regarding my in home care. I am very upset about what I was not advised about what I should have been doing to take care of myself at home regarding my drain tubes. I was not advised well and I suffered needlessly… Jennifer was my nurse when I had my surgery of the AbEx and I am not pleased. I just want to go on record of this problem so that other patients do not suffer needlessly
I had a wonderful experience at Sono Bello. Awesome staff, kind, friendly. So now I'm waiting to hear my name and it's my turn....excited I follow the nurse to the back to be prepped for my procedure. Doctor comes in marks the areas being treated. I would recommend Sono Bello.
Staff are very friendly and concerned.
