When i walked in I was greated right away I told her I had a noon appt but was early she right away said my name told me to have a seat and that if i could be seen early they would let me know ,Then notice alot of people coming in for appt and the front desk ladies where really nice ,The back staff was really nice and explain everything i needed to know and was great at answering all my questions as well as the doctor ,overall i had a positive outcome of my visit.
From the office staff to the medical staff and doctor, I have had such a great experience. They really do care for your needs. I just had my procedure done and I can’t wait to see my results.

I had a procedure to remove excess skin after I lost weight. I had no idea what questions to ask, or really what I was getting into. The staff is fantastic and made me comfortable with questions, concerns and educated me on some expectations while healing which was quite helpful. I needed additional equipment, they were quick to respond. The Reception area staff are always pleasant and helpful, and patient with the number of scheduling changes I had. Everyone is calm, personable, friendly, and informative… it’s a very inviting atmosphere and everyone is professional without being too overbearing… my experience so far has been very positive and I’m happy with the my first results. Can’t say enough about my surgeon Dr.Egu! My results are so amazing and I am so happy I made the decision to do my procedure with Sono Bello in San Ramon and not at any other plastic surgeon’s office. My recovery took like 2 days and I was back at work like nothing ever happened. Thank you to my consultant Geeti for signing me up with the best deal. Highly recommend them!

It went smoothly, I’m just a little miffed by why my price is only locked in by Friday, as I wanted to check out other option and pricing, and why each body section large or very small Is the same price for each and don’t see any discount for multiple areas like it said.
The office manager Martha was great during my year and a half long Sono Bello journey. That being said do your research on surgeons.
I enjoyed my experience with sono bello in San Ramon. Even when there was an issue- I voiced it, they were able to acknowledge the issue and accommodate it. I am 2 weeks post op, and I am feeling and looking good. I would recommend. I can’t wait to see my 1 month and so on post op!
