Going into a consultation with little information is a lot and kinda uncomfortable. But after five minutes of my time with Jenni I began to feel more comfortable with making the decision to go through the process as she is very good with explaining the process with you and putting you at ease. Overall great experience! The front desk receptionist Kaci was friendly and made conversation with me during my wait...I was pretty nervous.
