My Ballancer pro experience has been really good! Kacy has been very informative through the whole process.
The team was very pleasant, I was greeted with a warm smile from Kacy, everyone had great energy and very professional. I had a great experience with my consultation from start to finish. I first met with Kacy who was the receptionist and she had a great personality and she was extremely helpful. We then met with Jenni who was very helpful and she explained the entire process and answered all of my questions. Ready for my summer body

Kacy was very helpful. Arrived late due to traffic & construction she was kind enough to still fit me in.. Jenni was fantastic and very informative made me feel very comfortable during my consultation.

My experience with the Silver Spring office has been wonderful.
