Kacy is truly phenomenal. She is the young lady who works at the front desk but she also assists with the post op massages included in your package. Polite, responsive, and a great attitude, it’s hard to finish customer service like this nowadays. I loved my experience at Silver Spring from start to finish. Thank you!!!! :)

Everyone was courteous, everything was clean, indecency and in order. Jenny, my consultant was very helpful the descriptions, the photos, the examples of what I needed done and what they would do was very helpful and informative. I am very seriously thinking of having the procedure done that I need.
