Going into a consultation with little information is a lot and kinda uncomfortable. But after five minutes of my time with Jenni I began to feel more comfortable with making the decision to go through the process as she is very good with explaining the process with you and putting you at ease. Thank you Jenni for providing me with the information I needed to help me with my transition.
Jenni was very knowledgeable and friendly. She addressed all our concerns and offered as much information as we needed. The lady at the front desk was an absolute joy to talk to. All round, the team was lovely.

Overall great experience! The front desk receptionist Kaci was friendly and made conversation with me during my wait...I was pretty nervous. Once I met with the sales person, Jenny, I felt at ease with the idea of moving forward with this procedure. I will be reaching back out very soon, thank you to the Silver spring team.
