I had a great experience at the Silver Spring office the other day. The office was clean and the receptionist Kacy was very friendly. Thank you Jennifer for being so helpful and kind while I navigate my weight loss journey!

Definitely a 5 star rating is deserved. The welcome and professionalism means everything. The reception from start to finish is something that you do not often see in this new environment. I appreciate that. I appreciate the staff and the care that I was shown, especially when thinking of investing in a procedure such as this. My experience at Sono Bello today was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Jennifer Herrera my Patient Care Consultant, was incredibly thorough, patient, and kind. She took the time to truly listen and answered all of my questions with care and professionalism. The front desk assistant Kacy was also so warm and respectful, which made the visit even more pleasant. I highly recommend Sono Bello if you’re ready to take that next step toward feeling confident and beautiful!
I appreciated how direct and well informed the nurse consultant was with me. I am taking the weekend to think about moving forward. But I had a great experience. Very clean and pretty office. Front desk was friendly as well.
