First visit was a bit pressured, expensive ...luckily I knew I was ready. Second trip so many people taking bags and filling them...felt rushed

I enjoy every aspect of the program except the fact that for all the money you spend there is an inconsistency in who you see week to week. Plus when I get different people they don't always tell me the same thing. Leads to frustration. I wish you could see the same comsultant or if they feel you need someone else, they could let you know that they were doing so.

The counselors are so supportive and encouraging. Weigh-ins are actually enjoyable, and the food is great!!

Had a great experience. The folks are consistently nice and always know my name when I go in. They are easy to talk to, give great advice/suggestions for someone who eats out A LOT and I met MY goal :). I highly recommend SOTA to anyone ready to COMMIT to tackling the thing they've been putting off...SOTA makes it easy. I have recommended many times to friends.
