Just started, day 1 today. Very motivated but I need to be more prepared. People at SOTA were wonderful. Looking forward to results.Â
The coaches made me feel very comfortable walking in. No judging and they make a point to connect with you. They were not too pushy either when I wanted to start with only 4 weeks. Great experience so far and would recommend to a friend!Â

Very friendly and positive atmosphere. The staff seem knowledgeable, but the initial introduction was a little sales pitchy. The products taste fine, and ive seen two people go through the process and it worked better than expected. Im at the end of day to and already feel differentÂ
Can’t say enough good things about this program. I’m down 49 lbs in 18 weeks and I can’t remember when I’ve felt better. Kristen and all the ladies at the Fort Worth office are so supportive and helpful, always cheering me on but holding me accountable too. I have a ways to go but no doubt I’ll get there. Thanks SOTA!Â
