Thank everyone so much for their help and support with my weight loss program i always feel so overwhelmed with the kindness from everyone here at the south lake location I’ve been on the program for 10 weeks now and I’ve lost 31 pounds and i honestly feel better than I’ve ever felt a very long time the consultats have learned me so k about food since I’ve been here think each and everyone at the south lake location
Outstanding support from counselors! The plan worked for me. Especially liked that is and was tailored for my circumstances to help me achieve my weight loss goals. The fact that I'm better informed about proper nutrition and good eating habits was a bonus!
