At my last meeting (Sept 19th), I was still confused regarding what to do if I have to skip a snack. My counselor spent a lot of time with me, and I believe I know what to do now, when a snack is skipped or eaten too late. I was very impressed with the instruction I received on Wednesday. The counselor was thorough, polite, articulate and knowledgeable. So far, I love the program and it is fitting well into my life style, now.
Love seeing my fast results and such a friendly staff.
I lost 69.4 pounds in about 33 weeks. It was realatively easy with the help of the counselors each week. I’m so proud of myself! I just started maintenance and so far (week 2 on my own) I’m doing great! I definitely recommend SOTA!

All the staff is extremely nice and helpful. They are very encouraging also. Plans are flexible & user friendly. I just started, so I guess we will see. Not cheap. Somewhat pricey but if your serious about losing the weight, it’s worth it.
