Great experience
I buy into everything I was told however you want minimum of $1600 up front? This is before you have done anything. That was my only issue. I feel like you’re more concerned about getting my money than actually helping me.

I have lost 25 pounds. This has been as a result of an amazing program and phenomenal staff including Sarah. I have recommended SOTA to at least 10 friends.

The folks at SOTA are awesome--always helpful and full of encouragement. Stick to the program and you will lose the weight. Keep yourself busy and the time flies from meal to meal. With the weight loss comes increased energy, and more relaxing sleep. Started at 290 lbs about 17 weeks ago. Currently at 224.6 pounds...I'm feeling better than I have in quite a long time.
Currently on maintenance and they provide great support to help keep the weight off
