Has been great so far!
I wasn't sure that I was going to be able to drop the weight I needed to; but after l started seeing the weight drop week after week I have become more sure of myself. The staff at SOTA in Ft. Worth are all wonderful and are a big part of the process. I have been on the program five weeks and have lost almost 40 lbs. I'm finding ways to change my previously poor eating habits that are actually enjoyable and things I can use the rest of my life.
The woman I spoke with was nice, but very difficult to understand because of her very thick accent. She spoke in broad generalities about what SOTA actually offers and was not able to give me any kind of compelling reason to return. She offered no new information on weight loss, I not only knew everything she mentioned, but I actually knew more that she did. So far, things have been great. I’m making good progress and the staff (Arlington) has been outstanding.
The team at the Dallas/Hillcrest location are totally awesome! I am down 11-1/2lbs in 4 weeks. Happy with the progress. Shout out to Taylor...she is the BEST!!! Thank you, Taylor, for making my journey easier!
