The SOTA team in Plano was great! Follow the plan, loose the weight. It was simple. No hunger, food tasted great. I lost 20.lbs in the first 19 days! I was on a 70 day program to loose 53.lbs. I hit my goal and then some on day 68. I was down 57.lbs. weighed in at 206.lbs. I started at 263.lbs. It was really easy to keep to the plan.
