One of the only diets that has been successful for me!
The folks at SOTA are awesome--always helpful and full of encouragement. Stick to the program and you will lose the weight. Keep yourself busy and the time flies from meal to meal. With the weight loss comes increased energy, and more relaxing sleep. Started at 290 lbs about 17 weeks ago. Currently at 224.6 pounds...I'm feeling better than I have in quite a long time.
Currently on maintenance and they provide great support to help keep the weight off
