All the staff is extremely nice and helpful. They are very encouraging also. Plans are flexible & user friendly. I just started, so I guess we will see. Not cheap. Somewhat pricey but if your serious about losing the weight, it’s worth it.

Can't say enough great things about the people of SOTA, and the ease of the program! Started at 273 lbs, and at week 6 weigh in was at 232 lbs. The support and insight the SOTA people supply makes the program easy to stick to, and the results don't hurt either. I visited the Fort Worth location and want to brag on this group.
