So far, after one informative phone call, I was given an abundant amount of information from what you SHOULD and SHOULD NOT eat to access to recipes and the website as yet another tool. Kristen(?) was positive, encouraging, thorough and patiently answered any questions.
I never ever thought that I could do what I am doing through Sota! I unofficially just broke through to 186 whereas I’ve never gone below 204 in the last 20 years! Since sota, I’ve let go of almost 40lbs! They created a vision for me that my mind could not fathom—and it is becoming reality.
I have an appointment today at 10:00 am but I am at another appointment with my granddaughter which is going to run over . I want to do this because I have to lose weight now for health reasons and I paid for first consult. I need to reschedule
Felt like I was kicked out the door once my plan ended. After spending $2500 for ten weeks you would think I could come back once very couple of weeks for weigh in. But no. Also, the program should of allowed me to buy the food supply at discounted rate for maintenance. The best advertisement for you business is the continuing success of you clients after they achieve their goal weight. I will be telling potential people that SOTA does not care about their clients after they achieve the target weight.
I was pretty shocked to find out the cost at the very end of a session I paid for. Overall I think it is not a good program unless you are extremely wealthy. Ideal Protein offers exact same service and program for under $90/week
I was super motivated and excited about the program until the end when my advisor asked for 3900$. No payment options, trial period, nothing. It really left me with a bad feeling and turned me off from wanting to pursue the program due to the entitlement of the cost up front as well as already paying for my consult fee up front where I got no nutrition advisement. It was a fee I paid to have another explanation of what the program was, not individually geared to my needs. I will not be pursuing the program.
Lost weight and blood sugar has gone down on plan but food plan could use work. Get sick of samething day after day and get to point you have to force yourself to eat. If I had known this was how plan foods were all mostly powder foods probably wouldn't have done it. But paid for so have to finish. Ready to be done.
Everything was fine until COVID19 Showed his ugly head. I am not getting services I paid for. Now! Telephone not enough for accountability where I can look my counsellor in the eye and get direct feedback. I miss the scale that tells more than what I weigh also body fat % visceral fat and getting on platform that shakes me. I have lost 45 lbs. 9 weeks but I feel could of been more.
