Most expensive 20 pounds I’ve ever lost. They call their program modified Mediterranean diet but it’s more like Keto. Most of their food items are palatable.
My A1C is down, Blood pressure is in control, Have plenty of energy
One Month and I’m down 30 pounds, best part is I am not hungry all the time like other programs I have been on!!
The program has worked for me. It has been easy and I get all the support I need.
Cost to high at this time. Wish they had been up front before we sent information and paid $25 for it

I honestly don’t know how to review this. I wish I had more data from people who have actually used the program. I can say that their sales model is unusual. You will need to pay $ just to find out what the program costs. I’m still not sure if I’m going to sign up, it’s a huge chunk of change. It might be worth it, but I can’t say with any degree of certainty.
Talked with the nutritionist assigned to me, more sales person at this point than anything else. I was quoted $6575.00 for a 25 week course to lose 100lbs. This is bad enough, but they require a $1600.00 initial payment. Can't do this on a fixed income.
The sales portion is done by the "nutritionist ". The program is extremely expensive, cost prohibitive for those on a fixed income. Suggest re-evaluating the cost of the program. Possibly providing a lower cost program.
