I have a gluten allergy and some food sensitivities and was told when signing up that it would not be a problem they could work with that. Currently there is one product I can tolerate. I feel like I’m being told to eat a lot of eggs not much guidance from an actual nutritional expert like I was told in the beginning. I think this program works if you can take the products but not if you can’t
The weight loss experts were exceptional in their review and recommendations. Unfortunately, I am retired and on a fixed income. This makes the cost of the "Let-Go" phase unreachable.

I was told I wouldn't be hungry and the food is good-- both were incorrect
I have been on program 10 weeks and have have lost 35lbs. 4-5 inches in waist best part is that it hasn’t been hard. Can’t say enough good stuff about the coaches they seem to love to encourage everyone and I look forward to going for check in and would like to thank everyone at SOTA Ft. Worth for the help
