the coaches was very good always looking for ways tho help me be successful.. I my need to be a study case because- the scale did not move much but my other number moved no sure how that works but it over all the experience was good
The experience was good! I feel confident the program will work if I stick to it. It is hard and SOTAS food is not very good but in the end it will be worth it!
The SOTA program is easy to follow and I rarely feel hungry. I love the recipes! They are quick to make and delicious even for someone like me who doesn't enjoy cooking. I'm surprising myself every day. The staff at the FTW office are so darn nice and very supportive. SOTA is not just a weight loss program it's a life changer. I will never eat the way I used too!!
Not a well structured program
Was expecting to be given greater guidance.
Living healthy is priceless. I had a great experience, but was disappointed that I could not start the program due to the $1,037.00 a month price tag.
We are repeat weight loss customers.we learned about new products and got a review course.
Not done yet. Still going to SOTA every week. Lost 40 lbs so far.
I have a gluten allergy and some food sensitivities and was told when signing up that it would not be a problem they could work with that. Currently there is one product I can tolerate. I feel like I’m being told to eat a lot of eggs not much guidance from an actual nutritional expert like I was told in the beginning. I think this program works if you can take the products but not if you can’t
