Great experience, great plan, great support staff
I have appreciated the support that I have received from soda, with much weight to lose. I have appreciated their investment in helping me accomplish that. I am down 20 pounds, with much more to go, and I know if I stay with the plan I can accomplish the way that I have as a call.
This program was amazing for me. Follow directions... lose weight. You have to discipline yourself to do what is asked but if you do, you will never be hungry, and the pounds will drop. It only took me 6 weeks to lose 33 pounds. I have been in "maintenance for two weeks now and have even lost a few more pounds.
This is a fabulous program. I am 70 years old and started my first diet when I was in 4th grade to lose 15 pounds to play on the 6th grade team. And then another diet when I took an air force contact in college. I am down 40 pounds after 17 weeks. I have received excellent support and encouragement along the way. The key is the weekly weight ins along with the advice and encouragment that I received. Now I am on maintanence and still receiving the recomendations and encouragement. The program is well worth it!
