Very supportive and encouraging
The team is always so supportive. I would love to have the ability to get a report of my Progress to take home and review. I never remember what they tell me once I’ve left

Amazing! Food is good- I love the recipes! Great for cutting sugars and dairy. New love for veggies. Feeling satisfied after eating and some water- feeling lasts a long time. Price keeps me accountable to myself and husband! Food journal helps too!
