I have never had weight fall off so easily in my life and I’ve yo-yo’ d since in high school. My wife and I each dropped 50+ lbs in a matter of less than 90 days working the SOTA program and have maintained without difficulty using guidance from our great nutritionists. I am still in a losing phase but have done our duration of 20 wks with a coach but we’ve been given all the tools to be successful and have enjoyed the results we have seen!

I have struggled with my weight for many years. I would go on a diet lose some weight and then gain it back up. With SOTA was different, I learned what to watch for in foods, what to eat and what not to eat. I have lost over 50 pounds and I haven't gained any of it back. I love SOTA!

When I started my weight loss journey, I was 270 pounds but now I’m 179 pounds. I was wearing a tight 42” pants and a 3XL shirt. Now I am wearing a 32” pants and a large shirt. The only thing that I never thought about when loosing weight was having to purchase clothes along the way. I have a closet full of clothes that I can not wear because most of the clothes are at least 2XL and I’ve purchased clothes along my weight loss that don’t fit me anymore either.

The SOTA program is probably the best thing to ever enter my life. Except for my children, of course. The program is easy to do as long as you’re committed. Lauren and the rest of the staff are awesome!
it really does work and the coaches are amazing in helping me be a success at losing 46lbs! so glad I chose to do this.
