This is a fabulous program. I am 70 years old and started my first diet when I was in 4th grade to lose 15 pounds to play on the 6th grade team. And then another diet when I took an air force contact in college. I am down 40 pounds after 17 weeks. I have received excellent support and encouragement along the way. The key is the weekly weight ins along with the advice and encouragment that I received. Now I am on maintanence and still receiving the recomendations and encouragement. The program is well worth it!

Loosing weight is the motivator to change. Lifestyle alterations lead to long term success. It has taken me many attempts to achieve success and I haven’t done it YET. SOTA is helping not only with food choices but also with support in lifestyle changes… we will see.
