I've been following the SOTA meal plans for 3 weeks now. Have to say, the first week is hard because your taste buds haven't adjusted, second week a routine starts, and now that I'm on week 3 I find the program is super easy to follow. because I'm getting a good amount of protein with each meal and snack I'm never hungry, which leaves me to deal with the emotional and habitual eating patterns. It’s been great and really easy. No hunger. I am growing a little board of my options.
I had an issue with the products that I was given each week and dealt with it in the wrong way. I want to express that issue so that this does not happen to another customer. You are to receive 14 products from the General Products and 7 from the Limited products. The sugar substitute used in the limited products makes me ill so I do not choose any of these. I love the program and it is easy to follow. I have taken a couple of cruises and was not true to program and gained weight. Went to weigh in and we talked about what issues I faced and started anew.
