What a fantastic experience! After 5 months on the SOTA program I was 136 pounds. Feeling fit, fabulous and so healthy it was easy for me to continue all the habits I learned and adopted as part of my lifestyle. It’s been another 5 months now. I weight 132 pounds and I love it!
The food is great! Stops cravings and is so easy to incorporate into life. It’s harder for me to make time for the weekly “sessions” but then I’m a professional therapist so maybe expecting too much.
