Good program , helpful counselors but they need better hours for weigh ins. Some locations are not open every day. For those who travel we need more hours in each location. When Garland is closed I don't want to go to dallas or Plano. Not customer friendly!!

As usual everyone was wonderful and I am so thankful to the SOTA girls. I have lost 63 pounds so far and hope (will) lose about 50 more soon. SOTA is the best thing that I have experienced in a long time and it DOES work. I guarantee that. If you want to lose weight, this is the place. Jack Reppond

Great experience working with the SOTA staff. They were all so helpful & enthusiastic. I made my goal. The food products were very good & helped me keep on track.
