After years of unsuccessfully trying to get the extra weight off myself, I gave SOTA a try. Very happy to say 35 pounds later and going from a 38 inch waist to a 32, SOTA is the real deal! I wished I’d given it a try sooner. So far so good on the maintenance program. I’m now 60 years old with a metabolic age of 45!! It’s obvious I’ve likely extended my own life! Thanks SOTA

Always supportive even when I have gained. Sota has made me more mindful of the foods I eat, the ones that are best for me, the ones that are bad. I am on maintenance since Easter 2018, I have been away on vacation 4 times since then. I have gained back 5 lbs but I am sure it would have been much more without Sota. I am back on my more strict eating, according to my scale I have lost 1 lb in 3 days. Winning again.
Everyone was very supportive and answered all my questions.
I have been on the plan for a little over a week. The food is good and there is a variety of ways to enhance the meals. The motivation is great. I had great results my first week and can't wait to see how I do the next time.
