Being that it was the first week, it was a bit of a struggle making a true lifestyle change. After meeting with the kind folks at SOTA and reading the materials, we dove in and had a very successful first week. We are committed and excited about the coming weeks and months. Finally making ourselves a priority and it feels good.

Your staff is the greatest
Down 40 pounds, only 30 more pounds to go!
Went to the Garland location on January 4th. Today I'm down 103 pounds. All of my medications have been removed, I feel great and must say I look great as well. The staff is outstanding.. They were there for me, each week the counseling and eating tips helped me through my weight loss. I've had to buy 3 different sets of clothing. I'm finally on the maintenance side and it's still going great.
It’s only been 3 days but everyone has been helpful so far.
It was very enthusiastic and encouraging.
The people at the arlington location are super. The program works!!! Three weeks and 22 lbs gone. I am not starving and the weight is gone.
