Down 40 pounds, only 30 more pounds to go!
Went to the Garland location on January 4th. Today I'm down 103 pounds. All of my medications have been removed, I feel great and must say I look great as well. The staff is outstanding.. They were there for me, each week the counseling and eating tips helped me through my weight loss. I've had to buy 3 different sets of clothing. I'm finally on the maintenance side and it's still going great.

The people at the arlington location are super. The program works!!! Three weeks and 22 lbs gone. I am not starving and the weight is gone.

After years of unsuccessfully trying to get the extra weight off myself, I gave SOTA a try. Very happy to say 35 pounds later and going from a 38 inch waist to a 32, SOTA is the real deal!
