Over priced!
Great experience working with the SOTA staff. They were all so helpful & enthusiastic. I made my goal. The food products were very good & helped me keep on track.
I’m just getting started. It is outrageously expensive, guess I must be desperate Time will tell if it is worth the cost

So far so good! All of the staff were very kind and encouraging me in my journey to lose weight and become more healthy!
Way too expensive!!
Dawn was so encouraging! But more important is the information and teaching she gave me. Teaching me about deep core fat as well as asking me what I was eating, eliminating foods that were not in the program therefore preventing weight loss! The entire staff is efficient and helpful in getting me to my goal!
