Very positive and motivating staff. I’m just beginning my journey, so I’m looking forward to trimming down.
SOTA has been great in my first 10 weeks I have lost 35 pounds. I have more energy my clothes fit better and I've even gotten into some dresses that I haven't worn in years. The team there is great (both the Southlake and Arlington locations) they are encouraging and supportive. Here's to many more pounds lost for good.

Thank everyone at sota weight loss in south lake for everything y’all have done to help me with my weight loss so far y’all have been a blessing to me i would honestly recommend anyone ho is struggling with there weight to give this program a try
I am almost in the fat burning/ proper muscle mass zone! It's been a long, but steady process and I am very pleased with my results thus far, as I feel like I have changed my eating habits, my cravings are gone and I know more about how food works in my body so when/if I "cheat" I can do it in a better way. Looking forward to losing a little more and keeping it off. I like that you still check in even when you are on maintenance; because I know that will keep me accountable.
SOTA is great. The food, the ease, the support are all awesome. Financially, it is a significant commitment. I do believe that the value is definitely there compared to the cost.
