The staff and counselors at the PLANO location are so supportive and motivating that I look forward to my monthly maintenance appointment. The SOTA Program Works😎 I am now eating to live instead of living to eat.Â
In just a week, starting to see results. The first 3 days required a little discipline on my part, but the staff was very helpful and supportive in my efforts. I couldn't ask for a better group of people!Â
Only one problem was... made an appointment and when arrived SOTA was closed and directed me to an office 40 miles away? Never contacted by owner for an explanation.Â
The people are the best! So much support! But, nearly all of the food is filled with highly processed ingredients and lots of artificial and sugar alcohols.Â

Absolutely adore the staff in the Arlington office. They are ALWAYS encouraging especially when I have had a tough week.Â
Everyone that works there needs to go into the website and look at the recipes and any new products that can be used. I find myself telling them about why I’m having a bulletproof coffee or eating Brianna’s salad dressing, because the website shows I can! No one ever asked to look at my food journal either. How would I know what I did wrong. Show and coach me, that’s why I pay. I feel like the younger girls don’t know what it’s like to be older and over weight as for the older ladies, they get it.
