Easy to follow program. The people that work there are very helpful.
Bottom line if you stuck to the program it will work 23 pounds gone in 1 month 1/3 of the way to my goal
I enjoyed my visit. From the moment I walked in. I was very impressed that the person who made my appointment was the one he sat me down for my consultation. The excitement and respect you see and receive is Genuine. Everyone believes in Sota, even the clients.
The Hillcrest location is fantastic. Joyce always greets you at the front desk with positive energy and a warm, wonderful smile. I primarily deal with Taylor, Tricia and Dawn on the support and counseling side. They couldn’t be more engaged and supportive. Having each worker the program, they have insights into potential struggles and pitfalls. Taylor has been especially helpful in this area for me. The program itself has exceeded my expectations to this point.
It works. It’s simple. Just follow the rules and the weight loss will happen.
My experience with SOTA has been a journey of me and my addiction with food. What triggered my binges had nothing to do with eating. Each lady at the Donnelly Ave, Ft. Worth office has helped me in many differing ways. They have encouraged me, hugged me when I came in crying due to personal issues, gave me high fives,and they covered "everything" I ate on my journal pages, but most importantly, they encouraged me to review my own journals to see what I could do better in the future. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to try SOTA!!! My experience with the Arlington location so far ha been great. Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Already having great results a week in. I’m so motivated!!!! Thank you SOTA!!!!!
