Always efficient & friendly
My wife and I are both on the program and we are really excited about our progress. After 5 weeks, I have lost 20 pounds and my wife has lost 15. We go to the Southlake, TX location and everyone we’ve met there is upbeat and supportive. They are positive we will be successful if we follow the plan, which helps us maintain an optimistic attitude in weeks when the weight loss wasn’t what we’d hoped. The plan is easy to follow and we would recommend it to anyone needing to lose a few pounds or many.
Very encouraging each time I go in to weigh. I’m on maintenance and once a month checks keeps me in check. After summer I will do a short program to lose 10 more lbs. maintaining my weight through several vacations and celebrations has been great but 10 more lbs is my safety net.
Great people. Great advice. Great process. Great results. I always enjoy going to SOTA because everyone is so nice and helpful.
The paid for meal service is far too expensive.
Great staff, well explained program
It is a simple program and it works. I would lose 5 pounds and gain back 6 pounds. Not this program, you lose all the weight and it stays off. It’s definitely a five star program.
