The lady’s here in Southlake sota location was very friendly atmosphere on welcoming me to my new weight loss journey
Mariah was great. I could tell there were new people in the office and one did my check in. Not so personable and not the same comfortable feeling. Think it is solely cuz she was new but it was noticeable
I love this program and feel better. But, yesterday that machine was off I think. I’ve lost 9+ pounds, been doing extensive work outs, and it said my “age” increased as well as my fat %. Can that be correct?
Everything has been great. Staff has been great. The program takes a serious commitment but once you commit... the results happen!

The staff is amazingly professional and efficient! I never have to wait. It is like they are sitting there waiting just for me. The attention they give is super and it is clear they CARE!
