Encouraging and helpful!
We’re on maintenance after successfully completing the fat burn months...they’ve been so helpful teaching how to eat and what to eat to stay healthy and not gain it all back. Always encouraging and motivating each time we come for our monthly weigh in. Worth every dime!
I’ve lost 45lbs, feel great and look forward to many more years of thin ! They know and explain the weight loss process very well. The SOTO Group is fantastic !
We are still not sure we are going to start the program yet. The cost seems extremely high. We will be deciding in a few days. Are there any additional cost savings for a couple joining together? $1045/mo each seems very high

Good experience, but out of my budget
